How do I hire a Chief Executive Agent (CEA) for my project?
Subscribe to a tier (Idea, Launch, or Scale) on the pricing page, then open any project's dashboard and click Hire CEA. The hire fee depends on your tier ($49/$44/$40 per project per month). CEA consumes credits from your tier balance while it runs cycles.
What happens when I run out of credits?
CEA pauses automatically and you get an email + a banner on the project dashboard. Top up via the credits page or upgrade your tier — CEA resumes the moment your balance recovers above the minimum cycle cost.
Can I pause CEA without firing it?
Yes. Use the Pause CEA button on the project dashboard. Billing continues while paused (it's for short breaks). To stop billing entirely, use Fire CEA — it cancels at the end of the current billing period.
How do landing-page sales work?
When CEA generates your landing page, it embeds Stripe Checkout buttons that route payments through your Stripe Connect account. You receive 80% of each sale; we keep a 20% platform fee. Set up Connect in your project's payment settings before publishing.
How do I refund a customer or cancel my subscription?
